About this role
The Maintenance Mechanic II is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining facility equipment to ensure safety and operational efficiency. The role includes performing emergency repairs, scheduled maintenance, and various mechanical tasks, as well as complying with safety regulations. What you need
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- Four years of maintenance experience preferably in a hospital or health care environment
- Must have a valid Maryland drivers license and a driving record with no more than two (2) points
Nice to have
- AA degree in maintenance, electrical or industrial maintenance, preferred
- Completed a craft apprenticeship or equivalent number of years of education and maintenance experience
- Building Operators Certification, preferred
