- Successful completion of a two-year vocational electronics program
- Two years’ minimum experience as a BMET Intern or an Associate’s Degree in Electronics/Biomedical Engineering Science or equivalent military training
- Valid Maryland driver's license with no more than two points
- Must have own vehicle and be willing to use it for work
