About this role

The Mobile Service Technician at Lucid is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Lucid vehicles in the field, traveling to client locations. This role involves providing high-quality customer service, managing parts and inventory, and documenting vehicle interactions using software. Technicians will work independently and as part of a team, supported by the nearest service location, and are expected to obtain ASE certifications within 6-8 months of hire.

What you need

  • 2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician
  • Knowledge of High Voltage systems, Low Voltage systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrain
  • Customer facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn proprietary DMS software
  • EPA 609 Certification
  • Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year

  • Previous experience with EV diagnosis and repair
