What you need

  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant professional experience; or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, platform operations, release management, or a related IT discipline
  • Experience working with ServiceNow and enterprise platform environments
  • Strong knowledge of test planning, test execution, defect management, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices
  • Experience supporting functional, regression, integration, and/or user acceptance testing

Nice to have

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
  • Additional hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience implementing or working with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices, Change Management, and Release Management
  • Familiarity with APIs and enterprise integrations
