What you need
- Minimum 5 years of experience operating and maintaining industrial wastewater treatment systems
- Hands-on experience with wastewater treatment, water reclamation, or related industrial water systems
- Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes, equipment, instrumentation, and chemical treatment
- Experience monitoring and troubleshooting treatment systems and responding to process abnormalities
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, equipment documentation, operating procedures, and system diagrams
- Ability to work independently during nightshift and make sound operational decisions in a mission-critical environment
