What you need
- Strong project management experience overseeing mechanical and plumbing scopes on large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, chilled water, hydronic, plumbing, piping, and associated mechanical systems and equipment
- Experience managing mechanical/plumbing subcontractors, vendors, procurement, installation, startup, and turnover
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and technical documentation
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, cost management, quality control, commissioning readiness, and multidisciplinary coordination
- Experience with mechanical testing, TAB, system startup, commissioning, and project closeout

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
