What you need
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and construction experience
- Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including 3 or more years as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, or in a field leadership role
- Experience managing commercial, industrial, electrical, energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, or similar construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, project scheduling, safety requirements, and quality control practices
- Ability to read, interpret, and implement construction drawings, specifications, contracts, RFIs, and submittals
- Knowledge of applicable building, electrical, safety, and construction codes and regulations

- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Experience working on data centers, industrial facilities, energy projects, electrical infrastructure, or mission-critical projects
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar construction management software
- Journeyman-level trade experience or technical construction background
