What you need
- Minimum 5-7+ years of experience in industrial construction estimating, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Estimating experience with Accubid, HCSS, HeavyBid, and/or HeavyJob
- Ability to read and interpret P&ID drawings and other technical schematics
- Scheduling experience with MSP or P6
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite emphasis on Project Schedule and Excel Tracking

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related discipline
- Direct involvement in civil, concrete, structural steel, equipment setting, and mechanical construction
- Experience with DesignAssist and DesignBuild delivery methods
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex bids simultaneously
