About this role
The SIP Estimator at Loenbro, LLC is responsible for developing accurate estimates for scaffolding, insulation, and painting projects, particularly for complex industrial projects valued up to $25M. What you need
- Minimum of 2-5+ years of experience in industrial construction estimating covering scaffolding, insulation, and/or painting & coatings scopes, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Estimating experience with Accubid, HCSS HeavyBid, and/or similar softwares
- Ability to read and interpret coating specifications, insulation details, scaffold drawings, and other technical schematics
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of SSPC/AMPP surface preparation and coating standards, insulation and lagging system types and applications, and OSHA Subpart L scaffold requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related discipline
- Scheduling experience with MSP or P6
- Direct involvement in industrial painting & coatings, insulation & lagging, and scaffold erection on refinery, power generation, or heavy industrial facilities
- Experience with DesignAssist and DesignBuild delivery methods
