What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and progressive construction leadership experience
- Minimum 5+ years of Superintendent experience managing ground-up commercial, industrial, or civil construction projects valued at $50 million or more
- Proven track record delivering complex construction projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, transportation infrastructure, industrial facilities, high-rise buildings, or similarly complex projects
- Thorough knowledge of applicable building, electrical, life-safety, and construction codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, project scheduling methodologies, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and resource planning
- Demonstrated ability to review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and other contract documents to ensure successful project execution
Nice to have
- Experience leading large-scale projects exceeding $100 million in total construction value
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
