What you need
- Minimum 2-4 years of industrial painting experience in construction, fabrication, manufacturing, refinery, mining, power generation, or similar industrial environments.
- Proven experience with abrasive blasting, surface preparation, and the application of industrial protective coating systems.
- Working knowledge of SSPC/NACE surface preparation standards and coating industry best practices.
- Proficiency applying epoxy, polyurethane, zinc-rich, and specialty coatings using brush and roll, conventional spray, and airless spray application methods, as well as conventional coating application equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret coating specifications, product data sheets (PDS), and safety documentation, while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
- Ability to pass respirator fit testing and medical evaluations, and work safely at heights, in confined spaces, and other physically demanding environments.

- SSPC/AMPP certification or industrial coatings certification.
- Experience in structural steel fabrication shops or industrial construction projects.
- Forklift certification.
