What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or a related field preferred
- Relevant construction, development, project engineering, or project management experience preferred
- Working knowledge of commercial construction practices and the ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
- Experience with project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, pay applications, RFIs, submittals, and other construction documentation
- Ability to analyze and interpret commercial leases, architect and engineer consulting agreements, general contractor agreements, and construction documentation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
