About this role

As a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Life Skills Autism Academy, you will provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your daily responsibilities will include implementing treatment plans, collecting and summarizing client data, assisting with parent training, and maintaining a safe therapy environment.

What you need

  • Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or willingness to complete training and certification within 45 days of employment
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
  • Reliable transportation and proof of driver's license and valid car insurance in some cases
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and a TB test if not done in the past year
  • Ability to physically perform the job, including lifting up to 50lbs and moving quickly if required
