About this role
As a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Life Skills Autism Academy, you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum. Your daily responsibilities will include following individualized treatment plans, collecting and documenting client behavior data, assisting with parent training, and ensuring a safe and organized therapy environment. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and must maintain professionalism and emotional control while engaging with clients.

What you need
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to complete training and certification within 45 days of employment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- At least 18 years of age
- Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test
- Ability to physically perform job duties, including lifting up to 50lbs and moving quickly
