About this role
As a Center-Based Behavior Technician at Life Skills Autism Academy, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Your daily tasks will include implementing treatment plans, collecting and summarizing data on client behavior, assisting with caregiver training, and maintaining a safe therapy environment.

What you need
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to complete training within 45 days of employment
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- At least 18 years of age
- Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and a TB test
- Ability to physically perform the job, including lifting up to 50lbs and moving quickly if necessary
Nice to have
- Experience as a Behavioral Technician or working with children with autism or learning disabilities
- Experience as a Teacher’s Aid, Tutor, CNA, Caregiver, or Home Health Aide
