What you need

  • Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET) or related field
  • 5–7 years of hands-on DirectView LED installation experience
  • Working knowledge of DVLED technology, mounting systems, LED module handling, and installation best practices
  • Deep understanding of NovaStar and Megapixel LED display controllers, including system configuration, commissioning, calibration, firmware management, and troubleshooting

  • Strong ability to read and interpret A/V, electrical, and mechanical drawings

  • CTS / CTS-I certification
  • Experience supporting large-scale commercial AV or DirectView LED installations
  • OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety certification required; OSHA 30-Hour certification strongly preferred
  • Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Service, Project Management, Sales Engineering)
  • Proven success supporting System Integration Partners and delivering exceptional customer experiences
