What you need
- Minimum of 4+ years as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise software solutions
- Proven track record supporting complex, end-to-end technical implementations and system integrations
- Experience writing technical documentation and requirements specifications, and drafting/executing structured deployment plans, including UAT and release management

- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline (preferred)
- Experience supporting enterprise-grade ERP, HRIS, or Finance systems (e.g., Workday or procure-to-pay platforms)
- Familiarity with work-management tools such as Asana, Monday, or MS Project
