About this role
The Manager, NCS Volunteer Program & Operations is responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive volunteer program for the National Olympic and Paralympic Committees. What you need
- 5+ years of professional experience in volunteer management, workforce operations, large-scale event management, or international relations
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, International Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and professional experience)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage scheduling matrices, shift rosters, and workforce management systems
- Proven experience designing and delivering onboarding programs and specialized training for large, diverse groups
- A high degree of cultural sensitivity, disability awareness, and a deep commitment to fostering an inclusive, welcoming environment for a globally diverse delegation and workforce
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
