What you need
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Workforce Planning or Training Management within a major sports & entertainment venue or a multi-event organizing committee
- Data management skills in Excel and other tools for tracking and reporting
- Demonstrated success in developing, writing, and delivering multi-tiered training programs
- Exceptional public speaking, coaching, and storytelling skills
- Confidence working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and standard office productivity suites
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sport Management, Instructional Design, or a related field

- Prior experience working within a sports organizing committee (e.g., Olympic/Paralympic Games, FIFA World Cup, or similar scale)
- Direct experience working in or supporting active venue operations or event-day staffing plans
