What you need
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in corporate risk management, commercial insurance brokerage, or enterprise risk advisory
- Experience with large-scale Owner Controlled Insurance Programs (OCIP) or Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs (CCIP)
- Experience with captive insurance strategies and operations
- Technical mastery of excess casualty towers, specialized sports and entertainment coverages, contractual indemnity, and Total Cost of Risk (TCOR)
- Experience directing high-exposure liability, property, and casualty litigation
- Bachelor's degree required
Nice to have
- Master's degree or Juris Doctor preferred
- Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation
- Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM)
- Active state bar admission or an equivalent legal credential
- Direct experience within mega-sporting events or large venue management
