What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including experience with SaaS platforms, distributed systems, enterprise applications, data-intensive systems, or similar complex software environments
- Proven experience leading complex technical initiatives across multiple engineers or teams
- Strong experience with architecture, system design, code reviews, design reviews, application security, scalability, and reliability
- Hands-on experience with modern development practices, including agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and production operations
