What you need

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • 6+ years of software engineering, SDET, quality engineering, or automation engineering experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing software engineering, SDET, or QA automation teams
  • Strong experience building and scaling test automation frameworks and engineering validation platforms
  • Solid software development experience using C#, Java, Kotlin, or related programming languages
  • Deep understanding of at least one major operating system platform: Windows, Linux, or macOS

  • Experience leading quality engineering organizations supporting enterprise endpoint management, RMM, security, MDM, UEM, or device management platforms
  • Experience testing endpoint agents, systems software, device drivers, security software, or operating-system-level components
  • Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies, lab automation, large-scale automated testing environments, and device provisioning systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Apple MDM, Android Enterprise, Linux device management, or similar endpoint technologies
  • Experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, and operating system automation tools
