What you need
- J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Member of the California State Bar
- 3+ years of relevant experience at a corporate law firm and/or in-house legal team
- Direct experience drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, including procurement/supply chain agreements, subcontracts, vendor agreements, consulting agreements, and purchase orders
- Familiarity with INCO terms, customs issues, import regulations, and other regulatory matters impacting procurement/supply chain
- Direct experience drafting and negotiating NDAs
Nice to have
- In-house legal experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience in the space or aerospace industries
- An active security clearance
- Knowledge of ITAR and EAR
