About this role
As a FOLX Clinician NP, you will provide evidence-based clinical care to members of the LGBTQIA+ community through a telehealth platform. Your responsibilities will include delivering gender-affirming hormone therapy, primary care, and mental health services, both synchronously and asynchronously. You will also engage in case discussions and clinical training sessions with your team.

What you need
