  • Knowledge of engineering change management (ECR/ECN), configuration management, or product lifecycle management
  • Experience with scenario planning, production recovery planning, and KPI-driven performance management
  • APICS/ASCM (CPIM, CSCP) or equivalent operations and supply chain certifications
  • Experience with advanced planning systems, SAP PP, or industry-standard MES solutions
