What you need
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, application support, performance engineering, data engineering or managed services
- Advanced experience with Power BI, including semantic models, access controls, deployment governance and executive dashboard development
- Hands-on experience with InterSystems IRIS, IRIS for Health, HealthShare, Caché, or Ensemble, including SQL and ObjectScript development
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex query, database, interoperability and application-performance investigations
- Experience defining enterprise KPIs, establishing data governance, reconciling source data and communicating operational findings to technical teams and senior leadership
- Experience applying AI, machine learning or generative AI to analytics, anomaly detection, forecasting, summarization or decision support, including validation and operational controls
Nice to have
- Healthcare IT, HIE, EMPI, interoperability, cloud operations or IT service management experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related technical field
