About this role

The IT Support Assistant, referred to as the Runner, is responsible for local travel to handle errands, client visits, and equipment pickups while also assisting with light technical tasks such as workstation setup and basic hardware replacement. This role requires organization and trustworthiness, as the Runner will work closely with the Service team to ensure smooth operations both in the office and at client locations.

What you need
