What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- 7-10 years of event management experience, preferably within financial services, wealth management, asset management, fintech, or related industries
- Proven experience managing conferences, client events, sponsorships, roadshows, and executive-level programs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, time zones, and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, agencies, and contract negotiations
- Strong understanding of event technologies, including Cvent, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office
