What you need
- 4+ years in People / HR Operations with personal ownership of both onboarding and offboarding
- Hands-on HRIS transactions experience (Workday, UKG, ADP, Paylocity, BambooHR or similar)
- Direct I-9 verification and I-9 recordkeeping experience
- Multi-state US employment administration experience
- Experience maintaining employee records and personnel files to a standard that holds up under scrutiny
- Intermediate Excel or Sheets skills (lookups, pivots, reconciliation)
Nice to have
- Experience in a public company, high-growth, or multi-site environment
- Experience responding to audits (internal, external, SOX, I-9, benefits) and owning the evidence
- Familiarity with AuditBoard or a comparable controls platform
- Experience supporting an hourly or site-based population alongside corporate
- Experience with LOA administration with an external provider (Sedgwick, Lincoln, MetLife), including FMLA and state leave
