  • Partner with hardware engineering teams to influence PCB stack-up designs, material choices, component selections to enhance manufacturability and supply chain robustness
  • Adept at identifying supply chain risks and devising mitigation strategies across complex, multi-program hardware portfolios
  • Excellent communication skills in conveying sourcing strategies, supplier performance metrics, and program updates to technical and business stakeholders at various organizational levels

Nice to have

  • Background in hardware engineering or manufacturing process engineering, supporting design-for-manufacturability collaboration with PCB and FPGA suppliers
  • Experience using AI-powered spend analytics tools for should-cost modeling or supplier price benchmarking
  • Familiarity with PCB manufacturing processes such as HDI stack-up design, surface finish selection and controlled impedance
  • Experience in sourcing PCB and components for space-rated applications
