What you need
- BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 8+ years of client-facing experience in a professional services organization or relevant industry experience in executing complex M&A or restructuring transactions
- Demonstrated track record of planning and executing large scale integration, separation, or restructuring plans
- Functional experience with managing Integration Management Office / Separation Management Office organizations
- Conducting finance, technology, and/or operational due diligence
- Developing pre-legal day 1 (LD1), LD1, and post-LD1 requirements and plans

- Previous experience working within the financial services, private equity, insurance carrier, and/or insurance brokerage industries
- Master of Business Administration
- Progressive responsibility in managing client relationships and achievement against business development goals
