What you need
- 3-4 years of workers’ compensation claims experience, either as a WC claims adjuster at a TPA/carrier or in a corporate risk management function managing a WC program directly
- Strong Excel and data skills
- Familiarity with TPA workflows, loss run analysis, and claim lifecycle management
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs
- Proactive communicator who can work independently
Nice to have
- Experience with RMIS platforms (Riskonnect or similar) and Power BI
- Bachelor’s degree
- ARM, AIC, CPCU, or other risk/insurance designations
