About this role

In the role of Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit, you will be the primary contact for occupational and health safety issues, supporting leaders in implementing legal and internal requirements at logistics sites. Your responsibilities include advising operational areas on hazard identification and assessment, developing safety measures, conducting inspections and accident analyses, and optimizing safety processes to foster a sustainable safety culture across the company's delivery hubs in Germany.

What you need

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (Sifa) bzw. Qualifikation nach ASiG und DGUV Vorschrift 2 oder Bereitschaft, diese Qualifikation zu erwerben
  • 3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit/EHS/HSE, vorzugsweise in der Logistik, Produktion, Distribution oder vergleichbaren operativen Umgebungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des deutschen Arbeitsschutzrechts und DGUV-Regelwerks, insbesondere ArbSchG, BetrSichV, GefStoffV und ArbStättV
  • Erfahrung in der fachkundigen Mitwirkung bei Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Begehungen, Unfallanalysen und Maßnahmenverfolgung
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (jeweils mind. auf C1 Niveau) sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz im Umgang mit operativen Teams
  • Analytische, strukturierte und problemlösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge in umsetzbare Sicherheitsstrategien zu überführen

Nice to have

  • Idealerweise fachliches Verständnis in den Bereichen Verkehrssicherheit, Flottenmanagement, innerbetrieblicher Transport, Brandschutz und Gefahrstoffmanagement sowie bestenfalls zusätzlich im Umweltrecht bzw. zu BImSchG
