What you need

  • 10+ years of warehouse management system (WMS) software engineering and implementation experience with a tier-one WMS in an RF-based distribution, manufacturing, or e-commerce fulfillment environment
  • 3+ years of direct hands-on experience with Infios's Warehouse Advantage (Körber/Highjump) WMS platform with SQL Server
  • 3+ years managing application integrations via microservices and associated toolsets, including REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and ETL pipelines
  • Demonstrated experience implementing or scaling CI/CD pipelines, including automated testing gates, deployment automation, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) practices across multi-environment WMS or fulfillment technology stacks
  • Hands-on familiarity with agentic and AI-assisted engineering tools
  • Experience defining and tracking engineering delivery and quality metrics (DORA metrics or equivalent)

  • Experience leading a design and product process that scales a digital technology operations ecosystem across volume growth, multiple brands, and new digital properties
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to build and execute innovative digital product strategy while executing tactically against multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, roadmaps, and delivery plans
