What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 4+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- At least 2 years dedicated to High Voltage (HV) battery testing (400V–800V+ systems)

- Direct experience scaling a new EV battery production line from R&D into volume manufacturing
- Deep knowledge of Battery Management Systems (BMS), CAN bus communication, and cell balancing logic
- Familiarity with SQL or similar database querying for analyzing historical manufacturing test data
- Experience integrating test stations with an MES
