What you need
- Resides in California - 75% travel across PACE Centers
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) required
- Active, unrestricted social work licensure in California (e.g., MSW, LCSW or equivalent)
- 3–5+ years of experience teaching or training in the field, or in a clinical supervisory/educator capacity
- Active clinical or macro social work experience, preferably in healthcare, PACE, geriatrics, or complex care settings
- Demonstrated experience in facilitation and communication skills
