About this role

As a Staff Software Engineer on Gusto's PEO Benefits team, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and testing the benefits experience, including shopping and plan-recommendation flows. You'll work across the full product lifecycle, mentor other engineers, and collaborate with various teams to address customer pain points and deliver impactful solutions.
