What you need
- 10+ years of experience in financial operations, treasury, compliance operations, process optimization or back-office role
- At least 5 years in a project leadership or managerial capacity within financial services or fintech companies
- Possessing FINRA SIE + Series 7 + Series 24 currently or ability to obtain them within specified time frames
- Some knowledge in SEC Rule 15c3-1, SEC Rule 15c3-3, SEC Rule 17a-3 and 17a-4
- Proven ability to perform and oversee complex reconciliations and transaction research
- High degree of comfort working with analytical tools and financial data/reporting systems
