About this role
In this role, you will serve as the principal subject matter expert in SIGINT, focusing on Low-Band systems to support the U.S. Navy's airborne ISR&T programs. Your responsibilities include leading SIGINT strategy development, overseeing program management, engaging with intelligence agencies, and providing technical guidance and mentorship. You will also be involved in system development activities and ensure that SIGINT capabilities meet operational requirements.

What you need
- Active Top Secret//Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS//SCI) security clearance
- Current CI Polygraph or willing and able to successfully complete a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination as a condition of continued employment
- Minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in tactical SIGINT operations
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting Low-Band systems
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience leading SIGINT initiatives or managing teams supporting mission-critical programs
- Experience with MCS-21 systems and employment of Signal Descriptor Files (SDFs)
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field from accredited institution
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional experience in tactical SIGINT operations
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience supporting Low-Band systems
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading SIGINT initiatives or managing teams supporting mission-critical programs
- Experience with modification and employment of Signal Descriptor Files (SDFs) in Low-Band systems
