- Experienced software engineer with a strong background in Site Reliability Engineering or operations
- Practical experience in modern software development including infrastructure, observability, testing, deployment pipelines, and scaling
- Experience operating and supporting large-scale software systems in cloud and non-cloud environments
- Experience in companies with strong operational cultures, ideally in logistics or manufacturing
- Comfortable owning integrations with external systems and negotiating vendor or machine APIs
- Experience mentoring and guiding engineers at various levels

- Experience with TimeFold / Camunda / BPMN / Optimization
- Experience with Python / Bash
