What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a closely related field

- Understanding of PPA structures, capacity markets, ancillary services, and energy arbitrage fundamentals
- Experience working with C&I customers, data centers, municipalities, or industrial energy buyers
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or active pursuit of licensure
