What you need
- Strong SQL capability and confidence working with complex, imperfect and evolving data.

- Strong analytical judgement, including the ability to apply and interpret appropriate statistical methods and communicate limitations clearly.
- Experience creating metric models, analyses, dashboards or reports with clear definitions, validation, documentation and ownership.
Nice to have
- Python experience for analysis, automation or modelling.
- Product analytics, product-led growth, experimentation, engagement measurement or B2B SaaS experience.
- Exposure to data science methods and sound judgement about when specialist support is needed.
- Experience with Databricks or comparable modern data-platform tooling.
- Experience working in a fast-moving, remote-first and cross-functional environment.
What you get
- Annual bonus or commission plan.
- Employee Stock Option Plan: Opportunity to share directly in our success through stock options.
- Public Holiday Swap: Swap a public holiday for another preferred day.
- Flexible Working: We are a fully remote organisation with team events and travel throughout the year.
- Wellbeing & Learning Days: An additional five days of paid leave per year.
- Learning Budget: $500 USD per financial year, plus access to additional Career Growth Budget.
Worth weighing
- Role does not involve people management or solely dashboard production; it requires hands-on analytical craft and product judgement.
- The position emphasizes navigating ambiguity and making evidence-based decisions without owning business decisions directly.
