What you need
- Demonstrated ownership of meaningful systems, automation or integration problems
- Experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Systems, Revenue Operations, Business Systems or a similar hands-on technical role
- Experience designing workflows, integrations, automations or data solutions across business systems
- Understanding of post-sales processes including customer value realisation, health and risk, renewal readiness, retention and expansion
- Experience with Salesforce or another core CRM or GTM platform
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical teams, Customer Success and commercial stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience with a Customer Success platform such as Gainsight, Totango, ChurnZero
- Practical experience with APIs, webhooks, automation platforms, data modelling, SQL, scripting or AI-enabled workflows.
