About this role
As a Senior Data Scientist focused on Growth at Glean, you will work within the Growth and Enterprise Readiness Data Science team to enhance user adoption and engagement with Glean's AI platform. Your responsibilities include defining growth measurement frameworks, analyzing user growth funnels, diagnosing adoption gaps, and designing experiments to inform product decisions. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Applied AI teams to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable business impact.

What you need
- 7+ years of experience in a highly quantitative data science, product analytics, or growth analytics role
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams
