What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Telecommunications or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in managing scalable, outside plant projects, FTTH or outside plant engineering projects
- Experience with inside and outside plant fiber optic network infrastructure, engineering design and construction
- Experience with GIS (Geographic Information Systems), ESRI, and shapefile functionality
Nice to have
- Experience managing and leading teams of more than 5 people
- Contract or vendor management experience, including defining scope of work and quality controls
- Prior experience with aerial and underground construction methods
- Capital budget management experience
- Experience interpreting fiber test results and auditing projects for compliance with scopes of work
