What you need

3–5 years of professional software development experience
Strong C# (.NET or .NET Framework) experience building high-performance desktop applications
Experience with real-time data processing — TCP, multicast, or similar high-throughput data feeds
Experience rendering and interacting with large, rapidly updating datasets in a UI context
Familiarity with multithreading, lock-free patterns, and performance profiling/optimization
