What you need

NBC-HWC (National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach) certification
An associate's degree or higher (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience
Proven high-volume caseload management
Comfort working with a diverse member population
Strong written communication skills

Additional coaching credentials such as ACE Health Coach or Precision Nutrition L1
A personal-training or strength credential
