What you need
- Active and valid Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
- Active and valid Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification
- 5+ years of Salesforce consulting, administration, business analysis, or solution configuration experience within enterprise environments
- Proven experience supporting Salesforce Public Sector and Government Cloud implementations
- Strong hands-on experience configuring Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flows, declarative automation, business rules, and platform configuration
Nice to have
- Cannabis industry experience
- Salesforce Platform Developer I, Experience Cloud Consultant, Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Business Analyst certifications
- Experience working within a Salesforce consulting firm
- Exposure to Salesforce Government Cloud Plus (GovCloud Plus)
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps processes or tools
