What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management
- Two plus years of estimating experience in heavy-civil, geotechnical and/or environmental remediation fields
- Experience estimating on projects greater than $500K
- Scheduling software experience (Primavera/MS Project)
- Estimating software experience (Bid2Win/B2W, HCSS, or similar)
- Quantity takeoff software experience (Agtek/AutoCAD)
Nice to have
- Experience estimating on projects greater than $5 million
- Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Primavera, Microsoft Project, Office, Outlook, and Excel
- Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and scientific method
- Direct experience advising project leadership on complex issues
