What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Four to seven years of related experience administering or supporting enterprise business applications, including hands-on configuration, security, and reporting.
- Three or more years in a project-based industry such as construction, heavy civil, or environmental services, working directly with operations or field teams.
- Hands-on functional experience with a construction or project-accounting ERP such as CMiC, HCSS, Vista by Viewpoint, Sage 300 CRE, or Acumatica Construction.
- Working knowledge of construction accounting and project cost processes, including job costing and billing as applied within an ERP.
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translate them into system configuration and workflow design.
Nice to have
- Direct CMiC experience, including Enterprise, Field, or Collaborate modules, and CMiC Business Intelligence or Report Writer.
- Experience in the construction industry, particularly heavy civil, geotechnical, environmental, or specialty contracting.
- Experience supporting an ERP upgrade, migration, or module implementation from planning through go-live.
- Familiarity with API-based or middleware integrations, Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, or construction platforms such as Procore or HCSS.
- Experience in an environment subject to DFARS 252.204-7012, NIST SP 800-171, or CMMC.
